Quest for Excellence has become Central Ohio's most powerful and value-added leadership training!

This comprehensive 21st Century leadership skills program is designed to provide the essential "human element" skills needed for successful leadership in today's organizations.  Participants are either new to leadership or want a refresher, such as supervisors, managers, business owners, or group leaders.

Highly qualified content experts help participants:

1. Prepare to lead by discovering their strengths;
2. Lead others by examining employment laws and practicing team development, conflict resolution, feedback, and coaching; and
3. Lead a project from idea conception through presentation to management.

College credit!  Central Ohio Technical College and Mount Vernon Nazarene University will award college credit toward a business-related degree for successful completion of Quest for Excellence.
