The following is documentation written to help you install and configure programs, maintain and troubleshoot your PC and printer(s).  Please let us know if you experience problems with the instructions so I can correct them.

PC & Printer Troubleshooting.  This document strives to help you resolve issues with your PC and/or printer before calling for support.

Installing and Creating PDF files.  (PDF files are necessary when preparing resumes or any documents you wish to send to an email recipient.  This program compresses the files and when the document is viewed or printed, the formatting and styles remain intact.)

Introduction to Moodle & Creating a Course.  Moodle is a Free web application that educators can use to create effective online learning sites or supplement your classroom teaching.  We now have our own Moodle site available at http://www.kcccmoodle.org

Downloading & Installing the First Class Client.  Here are the instructions to download and install First Class Email Client to your work or home computer. 

Recording Your Voice.  These instructions are for classroom use.  Both Medical Assisting/Medical Insurance Billing and the Computerized Office Technologies classes record their voice to learn professional telephone skills.

Using the Joomla Website.  These are instructions for using the backend of the Joomla website to create web pages.
